Through the provision of organisational level support, our team of Employer Relationship Managers and Employer Educators ensure you have the tools and knowledge to manage your super obligations quickly and easily.

Tim has been with Commonwealth Super Corporation for over ten years, dedicated to providing efficient, high-quality service to our employers throughout Australia. His accomplishments span roles within leadership, relationship management, contract and project management, education and training, as well as data and analytics and holds qualifications in both Superannuation and Business Administration and Management.

Tim’s professional outlook focuses on the future integration of innovative and effective communication, ensuring positive outcomes and an enhanced level of employer engagement through service excellence.

A Canberra local, and interested in spending time outdoors and keeping fit, Tim has been immersed in Canberra’s live music scene for over 20 years.

Anthony Arndt - Employer Relationship Manager

Anthony joined the CSC Employer Engagement Team in July 2023. He has over 12 years dedicated experience having worked for NGS Super, Guild Super and Vic Super in Relationship Management and Business Development roles. With a Bachelor of Business and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning he is passionate and committed to delivering high quality service to employers and creating value for their staff.

Anthony finds great reward in building relationships with organisations and making super easy for people to ensure they achieve their retirement objectives.

Teddy Tambun - Employer Relationship Manager

With more than 15 years’ experience in financial services, Teddy strives to deliver a level of service that exceeds his client’s expectations.

He is passionate about delivering a strategic partnership with his employers for the purpose of building out a workplace engagement activity on behalf of your employees.

He aims to help members to make active decisions towards their financial journey and ensuring they have the best possible retirement outcomes for themselves and their families.

Teddy holds an RG146 qualification and has completed an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. Outside of work, Teddy enjoys spending time with his young family and staying fit.

Travers Wardell-Burrus - Employer Relationship Manager

Travers is passionate about all things superannuation, and empowering organisations and their people to make informed financial decisions to achieve their goals.

Out of office hours, you’ll often find Travers on the hockey pitch, in the kitchen, or out for a leisurely stroll along Canberra’s many foothills.
