As part of the CSC family, we have a unique opportunity to contribute to this worthy cause. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a walking enthusiast, or someone who wants to make a difference, we invite you to join our company team.

ADIC transitions for employees

Has a member with ADIC transferred from your agency to another agency? Did you notify the new agency of the ADIC details?

If your employee has ADIC and is moving to another eligible employer, their ADIC will transfer with them. As the exiting employer, you will need to inform the new employer of the ADIC and premium amount. The new employer will be responsible for paying the employer share of the premiums from the first payday after the transfer. If your employee has ADIC, is leaving eligible employment for PSS and is under age 60, they can apply for a continuation of cover.

For more information about ADIC, please contact the Employer Service Desk on 1300 338 240 or at employer.service@csc.gov.au

PSSap Important Notice for Employers

Please be aware that sending retrospective contributions or shortfalls to closed PSSap accounts will result in rejection. As an employer, it is essential to contact your current or former employees to obtain their updated super account details. By verifying this information, you help ensure prompt and smooth processing of contributions.
