members can now save time when applying for their retirement benefit by completing Preserved Age Retirement benefit applications and Age Retirement benefit applications (contributor equivalent) online.
The Preserved Benefit Digital Form is an online application that allows our Preserved members aged 55 to 65 years to apply for their benefits in a faster, easier and more convenient way. The form will be accessible through CSC Navigator, allowing customers to track the status of their request and communicate with our team. The form is designed to simplify and streamline the application process, reduce errors and delays, and provide a more tailored experience for our members.
The Preserved Benefit Digital Form is a pilot application that will be available for Preserved members who are eligible for the Preserved Age Retirement benefit, and as a teaser for what’s coming, the next form will be the Early Release Digital Form (coming in October).
