Get to know your Annual Statement now

You may have recently reviewed your CSC Annual Statement for the 2024–25 financial year. If not, you will soon.

With our AMM just around the corner, now is a good time to engage with your Annual Statement, as a key way to check in on your super and review how it's tracking. At a glance you'll see your account balance, insurance cover (where applicable), any contributions you may have made, and a benefit estimate. To better understand your Annual Statement, this is a useful starting point.

Getting the most out the AMM: Know your fund type

CSC customers will fall into two main fund types — Accumulation or Defined Benefit (DB).

At the AMM, we’ll explore what our investment performance means for each group. To get the most from the discussion, take a moment to check which type you’re in.

Note: This year’s AMM will focus more on Accumulation customers, who are more directly impacted by current market conditions.

Accumulation funds

Your super grows through contributions (from your employer or yourself) and investment returns. CSC’s Accumulation funds are PSSap and ADF Super.

Defined Benefit funds

Your final benefit is calculated using a formula, instead of accumulated contributions and investment earnings. PSS is a DB fund, while CSS and MilitarySuper are hybrids (part Accumulation, part DB).

Keep your retirement in focus

Ready to take steps towards the retirement you want? During AMM week, our Education Team will host a series of public webinars — check back here closer to the date for details.

In the meantime, explore these resources:

  1. Watch videos

Browse the library of videos and recorded webinars to learn how to manage and grow your super.

  2. Estimate your future pension (PSS)

Use i-Estimator to see your potential pension and when you could finish work. Log into your account and get your personalised estimate.

  3. See how you compare

The Benchmark Calculator shows how your super stacks up against your peers, and how to boost it if needed

  4. Read CSC's Retirement Income Strategy (RIS)

Learn how CSC’s Retirement Income Strategy (RIS) supports members nearing or in retirement with products and services tailored to their needs.
