How to get started
To begin your secure and private session, follow the steps below.

Visit My Psychologist
Select Book online to choose from one of the many registered psychologists.

Book an appointment
Select Book an appointment and then select My Psychologist session for your preferred date and time.

Enter code AIAGroup into the appointment notes.
How much per session
You pay $60 per session with a Mental Health Care Plan for up to 10 sessions per year. After your session, your payment is processed and then your Medicare rebate is processed (using your GP referral Mental Health Care Plan).
What you need to know
Sessions are online, private and available to lifePLUS cover and ADF Super lifePLUS Protect members and your immediate family (including children from age 13).
